Since a little while I have a large tank full of these little beauties, and I'm very thankful to the person who sent them to me (I'm not if that person wants his name mentioned here?).
I request to leave the photo in this forum and not use it for a website or anything else, as the time for that will come later on.

Yeah I remember! 555 Well right now they're about 25-30mm, that's all I know.

Wartet mal bis die Tiere ausgewachsen sind, und sich in Prachtfärbung zeigen.Ich habe das Foto eines Männchens in Prachtfärbung gesehen, einfach nur toll. Aber auch die Jungtiere sind schon sehr schön, und man kann ahnen was sich daraus für schöne Badis entwickeln.

Are you sure the locality is correct?
The fish obviously belong to the B. badis-group.
And these in East Myanmar?
West Myanmar would be possible, but East?

Very sure it's East Myanmar and they do not belong to the B. badis group at all

You're kidding?
They have a spot on the base of the caudalis without a crescent around, they have a dorsal spot, they have a postcleithral spot, so they are badis-group. No doubt about it.
But I doubt East-Myanmar.

You're going to Berlin in October? If I've spawned them and raised some succesfully by then I can bring you some. That, and it's always nice to see you

Yeah, Stefan, you are right, and it's a pity, that i didn't have enough time in Altena.
In Berlin it should work better.

Ah good you'll be there. Yeah will be nice to find you with somewhat more time, but beware; I have a busy schedule already this time ha ha! I'll do my best.
